I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Every interaction has been quick, helpful, and so friendly. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. Definitely five stars from me!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the owner and the work crew from this company. I have known Brennon for some time now and when I needed to get my roof done and found out he had started a roofing business it was a hands down decision to go with his company despite cheaper quotes that were given. Brennon immediately replied to my FB message unlike others that would say something then not answer me for days on end. When the time came for him to come out for the quote, he was ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. He answered every question that I had and being a woman I had alot lol poor guy, but he did it. He never left me wondering what was going on. I dealt directly with the insurance company because we had other damages that needed taken care of as well. We had to get the house releveld before we could do the roof. Brennon reviewed all of the insurance adjusters information for me when I asked as well. It was supposed to take weeks before they could get out to do the leveling but they moved us up on the schedule quickly and when I told Brennon they were coming that next Monday he had me on his schedule for Friday. His crew showed up on time Fri, despite the rain chances they all hung out for several hours before they were able to do any work. They did leave for a bit but they came back like they said they would and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. There were nails and roofing pieces EVERYWHERE I kept thinking OH MY I am going to have so much to do. They cleaned up everything like it never happened and I have not found 1 nail in my yard. No his price was not the cheapest BUT the extra stuff he provided definitely took care of the difference in cost 100% After getting several quotes Brennons quote was right in the middle. I will highly recommend Aces Roofing to anyone.

Having to replace one’s roof is always a hassle, from dealing with submitting insurance claim, going back and forth with multiple insurance adjusters, among other things but having Brennon guided us thru this process and taking the initiative in dealing with the insurance was just a pleasant experience. Brennon was helpful, attentive, friendly and profesional along with his crew. They tore the old roof and replaced it with a new one in no time. He even sent pictures during the process of it all. Kept a clean job site!
